Marcus Nance

I'm a native North Carolinian and a graduate of East Carolina University, class of 1999.  I've lived in South Charlotte since 2000 with my wife Stephanie, a Law Librarian.  I enjoy traveling to the N.C. mountains and Outer Banks, and I'm a huge football fan and follower of the NFL's Carolina Panthers and my alma mater ECU Pirates.  I've been selling real estate since 2004, and I love turning customers into clients and clients into friends.  Selling Charlotte is the easiest part of my job because I genuinely love this city.  I've been successful because I'm committed to my clients and their goals, and I never stop looking out for my clients' best interest.
